All in all I'd have to say that week 1 went very well. I had to change some things around due to life, but I did get all my workouts in. Granted, none of them were that tough, but sticking to a plan is always tough.
Now as I said, life sometimes gets in your way, so due to some work responsibilities, I am going to have to change up my schedule, hopefully keeping all the miles:
Sunday: Run 5 miles in 50 minutes
Monday : run 5.9 miles in 59 minutes
Tuesday: Run 3.3 miles in 33 minutes
Wednesday: Bike 22 miles in 1:22
Thursday: Swim 3750 in 70 minutes and bike 12.6 miles in 47 minutes
Friday: Swim 3000 yds in 56 minutes
Saturday: bike 62 miles in 3:55
Swim: 6750 yards
Bike: 96 miles
Run: 17 miles
Three days running in a row is not ideal for me, but this is what I'll need to do to get it all in. Might not be surprised if this is the week I miss a workout. If I do, no biggie, but I want to get it all. It's going to be tough, but hey, it's Ironman right??/
