I found a new site. It is actually a lot of fun and me and the wife sat for about an hour going through it. It is a site, hmmm best way to describe it is a online karaoke site. You can sing songs online, record them and then play them back to you! Other people can also hear your glorious voice, there were over 1000 songs available, and we had fun going through them, but the best part of it is this, you can then post your recordings to your blog, so, Memphis may have bust a few notes blog style for ya... Driving Disco, this may be a place for you!
Going camping this weekend. Not a big fan of camping personally, but my son wanted to do it for his birthday, so we will camp. I know this alone will probably provide some stories for the ole blog, so stay tuned...
Due to all my running and biking this year while training for triathlons, I feel as if my body has somehow compressed and I may be shorter. My legs are sore, back is sore and neck is sore. At my last race, one of the sponsors was a chiropractor, so i went to talk to the Dr that was there. He gave me coupon for some free exams and stuff, so I made an appointment for Monday. I gotta tell ya, I am so looking forward to this, that I am afraid I will be let down if I do not feel better afterwards. I already have my list of pains I want him to adjust me or whatever it is they do. The main reason I chose this Dr, is this simple reason. I wanted someone that would understand the pounding my body has gone trough this summer. I know I have bragged on the mileage I have put in, but if you look at in a time view it is a lot of hours. 37 hours on a bike, 41 hours running and 60 hours swimming. His work is cut out for him.
Well, that's enough for tonight, keep the good vibes coming while this city boy is in the woods trying to put a tent together.
