This week has not been a great one, I have been sidelined with stomach bug and I had 4 crowns out on and it is not even Wed! It has thrown my workout/swim/run schedule off! Hope to get back tp posting soon!

Dude, I know this is off topic, but beginnertriathlete.com rules. I have built a route to match my current running plan, and figured out I've been doing 2.5 miles a day x 4 days a week (= 10 miles a week!).

Dude, that soo rocks! Do you realize that you could be doing 40 miles a month? or over 500 mile a year??? If that is not a kick in the butt, I do not know what is! I love seeing the monthly totals on my training log and comparing them to the last months! It motivates me!
