I am Sick!
and tomorrow,and the next day it seems. I started getting a little cold last Sunday and it has gotten progressively worse! And it is bumming me out! I am going by the old adage of "you can workout if it is a head cold, but not if it gets into your chest!" And of course, it has gotten into my chest. So I am going to use the rest of the week to rest and try to comeback on Monday. last thing I want to to get a cold that will not go away! Remember when I did IM Branson 70.3 the first time, I had bronchitis and that was no fun, so I have to admit that I am sick and work on getting better!

Sorry to hear that. I'm on day 15 of a nasty cold bug. Its almost gone now, but it cut into the training schedule pretty bad. Get well soon.

ReplyDeleteBest option is to rest. This is the time to catch up on good basketball and movies and whatever else you normally put on the back burner. I hear that ice cream and cake are also good for colds :)
