Today, I am in a bad mood. I am very happy with staying in my office and not talking to a single person, and others should be thankful too. I am not sure why I am in such a foul mood either, well yeah I do. Yesterday I had a great nap, over 3 hours of napping, which in turn kept me from sleeping last night, so it was almost 2 AM before I fell asleep, then I planned on getting up at 6AM to hit the pool, but I woke up at 5 AM, got out of bed and started gathering my crap when I looked at my watch. So I go back to bed, but I am worried I will miss my alram at 6, which makes me mad just thinking I might miss the alarm! So I get up at 6, hit the pool, have a decent swim workout.

100 yd cool-down 2000 yard workout in 49 minutes.
Get back in time to take the boys to school. I come back, fix me two scrambled eggs, which I have almost every morning, then shower, get dressed and come to work, where I sit on conference calls for 3 hours.
So as much as I love my Sunday afternoon naps, I need to limit them to 90 minutes or so or it screws me up. I am getting old!
