I just won a pair of minimalist shoes so I've been trying to perfect my front foot strike. What if I look like Phoebe? I don't think it is that bad. I try to think about what my form "should" be. LOL Interesting perspective on running on the treadmill. I've only done it a couple of times in recent memory as I'm finding that I am more tolerant to the cold than I would have earlier imagined. I'm actually not hating running as much.
