I love food! :)Matthew Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01027593921011160323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546630601337796278.post-61126588290144228492013-07-10T10:35:19.834-05:002013-07-10T10:35:19.834-05:00I like your idea. Once I get a taste for deliciousness the next thing I know I've eaten that way for a week and then I'm feeling bad..physically and mentally. I really do this it's ok to have an off day here and there, I just can't seem to get it to work for me. I say that because I think I'm in about day 7 or 8 of a downward spiral. So far so good today, hopefully this will be the day I make a comeback :) I have 15 pounds to lose before Chicago in Oct. Should be totally do-able if I focus.

Good luck on your 5 pounds! You can totally make that happen.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17584071206419891364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546630601337796278.post-52215295315308570432013-07-10T07:21:54.151-05:002013-07-10T07:21:54.151-05:00Glad this is working out for you. It seems like me...Glad this is working out for you. It seems like men have an easier time with weight management when training for endurance sports, I personally can't eat anything "extra" and have to watch my daily calories like a hawk. There are no cheat days/meals/snacks, and my weight still barely budges down. Rough stuff.Victoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04974235202743391870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546630601337796278.post-60958450212709093852013-07-10T07:12:58.387-05:002013-07-10T07:12:58.387-05:00Boy I bet you would be a dangerous one in Vegas! P...Boy I bet you would be a dangerous one in Vegas! Pushing all your literal "chips" in there to cap the day off with Tootsie Rolls!! Go big or go home, we train that way and I think we eat that way. Sunday, after my big lake swim, I stopped by this BBQ pit lake side and had 3 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Zero regrets. Dr. Pepper is my poison, that and french fries.

There just isn't any way I could go an entire training cycle with eating perfectly. I would hurt someone, or myself.
